CWA: In Honor of #Newtown, Connecticut

Angel by: Kylir Horton

As you continue your journey from creative port of call to imaginative white beaches, please take the time to add this anthology to your collection. "Angels Cried" is a labor of love, created by many people all over the world. The words inside were presented to the project as a way for people to share their emotions surrounding the horrible tragedy, which befell Newtown, Connecticut on December 14th. Stories, poems and artwork were created, donated and contributed to make a beautiful charity work, with the hope to provide comfort to others. The proceeds from the sales of the eBook go directly to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund, which is managed by the United Way. For those of us who feel helpless to contribute, or feel that nothing we do will be enough to see the victims through their unparalleled grief, please know that this project has already provided an outlet for others to share and be comforted by one another. By purchasing a copy of "Angels Cried," you too can be part of the healing process. Thank you.

Who is Stephen L. Wilson?
Stephen L. Wilson is responsible for bringing the anthology idea to fruition. By organizing and editing the information, and then gathering people to help spread the word, Stephen has created a way for artists and authors to contribute to an unfortunate event in a worthwhile way. A true "indie" supporter, Stephen has published a handful of obscure, but read-worthy publications, and his works are available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Smashwords.

  1. A very nice thing to do in the wake of this tragedy. As someone who lived near Columbine during that time (and still does), it takes time to heal from this. They will have constant reminders of the events. But writing things down does indeed help.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
